This post will help you fix the sitemap issue in your WordPress website just in a few clicks. Your WordPress may be getting conflicted with other 3rd party plugins which are currently installed or may be installed in the past along with Jetpack.

Error:

No sitemap found. Maybe it's being generated. Please try again later.

You may need the Sitemap links to submit at Google to index your website links. The Sitemap link will be in the below formats.

  1. sitemap.xml
  2. news-sitemap.xml

You need to first submit a request to Google to include your blog or website into the News Inclusion list. Once its approved only you can request for indexing your news website.

If you are using any 3rd party XML sitemap plug, disable it first as it may be conflicting with the Jetpack plugin while generating the sitemaps.

Sitemaps are files that search engines like Google or Bing use to index your website. They can help improve your ranking in search results. When you enable this feature, Jetpack will create sitemaps for you and update them automatically when the content on your site changes.
