Citibank IN launched its updated mobile banking application with Fingerprint login feature. The latest update enables the user to login to the account without any IPIN (Internet PIN) to check balance, you may need to use the PIN still for other transactions for security reasons.
Note: Anyone with a fingerprint stored on your device will have access to you account. You can enable or disable the feature anytime after logging into the app.
How to enable Citibank Fingerprint Login?
- Download the latest version of the app from the playstore.
- Launch the app, and login to the app normally as you used to do before.
- Once you login successfully, you will get auto pop-up to enable the Fingerprint Login feature if your device supports it.
- Now enter the OTP you received on your registered mobile number.
- Alternatively you can go to Settings and Enable the feature manually if you have clicked on Ask later.
- Once enabled, log out from the app and re-open.
- Now you can use any of the Fingerprint saved on the device to login to the account.
