Citibank Mobile Snapshot feature is now embedded in the Citi Mobile app. You can now have instant access to your account summary without signing on every time. You can also choose whether to see your information as app notifications or after clicking on Snapshot icon.
How to activate Citibank Snapshot?
- Update your Citibank IN app to the latest version from the app store.
- Launch the app and Click on Snapshot icon.
- Now click on Enable Citi Mobile Snapshot.
- Enter your Citi IPIN and OTP received to your mobile.
- Now you are ready to go!
How to turn off Citi Mobile notifications?
- Login to Citi account using your IPIN.
- Click on Notification Settings.
- You Can turn Notifications On/Off from there.
How to Deactivate or Disable Citi Mobile Snapshot?
- Launch the Citi Mobile app and click on Snapshot icon.
- Click on the Settings icon.
- Now Click on Disable Snapshot.
You can again enable the Snapshot feature again by following the steps provided above for activation.
NOTE: We suggest you to keep a password protection or lock for the app to prevent others to check your bank balance or credit card details. Never share your bank passwords or pin numbers with anyone.
