CSVTU BE 3rd Reg/Back Results Preponed

Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University, Bhilai has again pre-poned the results of BE 3rd semester Regular and Backlog results held in Nov-Dec 2012.

After implementing the new digital valuation system, the results of every semester (regular and backlog) results has been pre ponding by one or a few days. There seems to be some improvement in the over all pass percentage by this process even though there are some complaints of the valuation process.

How to adjust DPI and image size as per CSVTU norms

As per the letter issued on Friday, 15th March 2013 to all the affiliated colleges of it to submit the photos of all the final semester students of all courses including Engineering, Pharmacy, Polytechnic & Management.
The letter issued stated that the photos of the student who are in final semester of any stream, must be submitted in JPEG format in a softcopy to the University as soon as possible. The image size must be in between 18KB to 20KB with 70 dpi resolution.
 To convert the image try the following steps:

1. Go to the Image. Open with Adobe Photoshop.
2. Go to Image from menu bar.
3. Click on Image Size >> Un check the Re-Sample image.
4. Enter 70 in the Resolution ( pixels/inch )
5. Now save it in JPEG format with name as your University Roll Number.
6. If the file size is not in range of 18-20KB use paint to re-size it.

FREE LAPTOP FOR FINAL YEAR ENGINEERING STUDENTS OF CG

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh has already distributed free laptops and tablets to some college students in the two-day Youth Conclave held in February. He also announced several other sops and soft bank loan scheme for the youths to generate self-employment opportunities. Here is the College wise students list prepared by the various Engineering Institutions of Chhattishgarh. The Students mentioned in the list will be getting Free Laptop from the CG Government. Check your name in your college list.
